Responsible for planning, monitoring, controlling and developing the financial group business of the company within Latin America (14 international branches in different countries. 3.300 employees). Reporting to LATAM CFO and Latin America’s Company Vice President. Primary sectors worked: Oil&Gas, Power, Renewable Energies, Telecom, Mining, Infrastructure, and Aerospace.

Key functions:
•	Coordinating and spearhead financial CLOSING, FORECAST and BUDGET LATAM results:
Responsible for reporting the monthly, quarterly and half-yearly LATAM financial results. Following up identification and solving of business financial weaknesses with the country controllers and CFO´s.
Monitoring LATAM intercompany reconciliation with the rest of APPLUS+ geographical areas.
Supporting our LATAM subsidiaries companies’ integration in the headquarter (SAP).
Supporting the divisional preliminary results and preliminary forecasts.
Responsible for checking and approving, all financial CLOSING documents in BPC: P&L, BS, equity movements, asset movements, account receivable (Aging), employees (FTEs and TSAs), taxes, bad debt provision, direct costs, indirect costs, purchases expenses, bonus, CAPEX.

Responsible for monitoring and reporting Budget and Forecast divisional LATAM results in SAP and BPC.

•	Responsible of the Reporting and Consolidation LATAM Results:
Reporting and consolidating divisional results: Summaries, Overviews, Forecast, Backlog, highlights.
Implementing divisional reports to compare year to date results versus monthly, forecast and budget magnitudes.
Consolidating and reporting the main divisional magnitudes (revenues, EBITDA, AOP, OCF, CAPEX) and controlling deviations.
Responsible for BPC cube models, dimensions and EVDRE functions procedures for advanced reports.
Responsible for generating LATAM KPIs consolidation numbers and balanced score card.
