(580M€ Current Yearly Spend among CAPEX, Direct and Indirect materials and Transport & Logistics) - Leverage of Procurement Coverage from 30% to 90% in Indirect Materials in 4 years, 100% in Direct Materials, CAPEX & Transport & Logistics - Reduce supplier Portfolio from 15.000 to 10.000 through demand control, suppliers consolidation, products standardization & suppliers homologation besides New Master Data Governance model. - Actively improve cash flow generation through different levers as increasing payment termd in 31 days in a year (from 30 to 61 days payment terms impacting in 66,8M€ cash-flow ), and delivering 4,1M€ improvement cash through consignment negotiations actions, rebates & tax exemptions recoveries. - Implementation of performance & governance model (Sourcing Policies, Pos approval workflow, Creation of Ebitda bridges & cost analysis, process to ensure cross-functional interaction with other functions, supplier performance & risk management) - Define, Implement and monitor the Digital Transformation of the company identifying suitable ERP systems to the needs of MAXAM in the different functions. ERP systems implemented on different areas, Finance & Procurement : Ariba & Sievo (Operational & Sourcing Procurement & P2P Modules , Savings and Spend Management Tool) implemented in 9 months time delivering additional 2M€ savings after 12 months time. Human Resources: Workday (Talent & Goal management, strategic workforce & analytics planning & operational headcount planning), Implemented in 2,5 years for 6,000 people in more than 60 countries split in 3 stages. - Integration of Legal function under purchasing responsibility to make sure we are avoiding legal risk in our relations with third party services & supplies. Creation of standard General terms & Conditions suitable for all regions with the aim to reduce time in contract elaboration and to be flexible enough to cover all legal local requirements, Targets defined & achieved of 100% Direct Materials & 70% Indirect Material supplies cover under contracts. Ensuring we owned the IP of our designs & products Leveraging Procurement capabilities and suppliers’ know-how to support the businesses thru legal department - Defining the strategy to developed & promote talent in a matrix of competence model for all different roles in collaboration with HR to ensure we have the right people with right skills & capabilities.
