• Design of effective strategies for sales and customer retention & satisfaction to guarantee a steady
cash flow. Each market has a specific strategy, according to the culture of the country
• Definition and monitoring of appropriate KPIs

(CEOs, investors, and partners)
• Supervision of the activity of the membership renewal process of existing members
• Design, update, and provision of weekly reports to other departments
