IT SUPPORTER – S2P Finance Invoice Exchange Broker, e-Invoicing – IT Operations, C level Support
Support in the Invoice Exchange Broker Area (IXB), with specific topics such related to Accounts Payable and electronic invoicing (e-Invoicing). Dataflow. Goods delivery. Application Manager’s support in the e-Invoicing area. Esign, PDF, Print & Scan. Paperless process. Invoice barcode definition. Implementation Manager and Global Integration Manager: daily review and approval cockpit session for change request (CRT); bug fixes, enhancements and projects. Last validation before the transport to productive system. Cross checks critical objects (included transport orders, to ensure system consistency). Request advance and special transports. Align deadlines for the functional release. Check errors after imports to productive. 
ERP Invoice Broker process: DA3 system translates the structured invoice data processed by the AP Broker into postings in the respective SAP backend. Interface via MQSeries.

Short Term Assignment
Operational Support – Customer Service – Back Office 
1st level IT support (SAP) to Customer Service department to ensure business processes in general and daily business management in particular. Keep all the company database updated regarding Master Data to N2P/PMD to ensure proper tracking and monitoring. Vendor Master Data: create, modify, initiate central controls, provide feedback and ask for massive changes required. Develop local testing procedures for Customer Service Centers´ business processes (OTC) to ensure correct functionality and approval of tested processes. Verification of new SAP enhancements in order to adapt standard processes to business requirements. Analyse problems the Customer Service Center users could experience and propose possible solutions (SD, WM, different data bases, EDI, OCR, etc.).
