Establish timelines and resources between business involved parts (stakeholders, developers, designers, product owners ) helping them in taking smart decisions as per objectives.

Coordinator and main responsible to guide and integrate all the phases, supporting all teams involved in provisioning and service delivery of international telco orders. (Ethernet, P2P, IPSec, HVPN, IP Reflex, xDSL, MPLS, Managed WAN)
Verify the project is going accordingly to the process and procedures.
Identify issues and incidents, propose solutions to mitigate them pursuing the resolution by accomplishing the SLA´s. Suggest possible improvements.
Review documentation related with different clients and systems. Customer support and order validation process.
Design and launch phases of the order/project, provisioning and management of workflow tasks through CRM systems.
Daily updates for project monitoring reports during order life cycle. KPI´s
