•	Medical Devices: responsible for electro-medicine equipment.
•	Plant Engineering. Health and Safety matters.
•	ISO 9001 & 14001: 2015. Audits. Quality Management Systems.
•	Plan and conduct internal Quality Audits of the Quality Department prior to the external audit of ISO 9001-14001.

•	ISO 9001 & 14001: 2015: Track record in developing, maintaining and improving certifications of quality management systems. Conduct Internal Quality Audits. Management of corrective action .Use the Q.S. to monitor and drive continual improvements and define relevant KPIs. 
•	Implementation of quality documents and processes: procedures and instructions. Ensure that quality records are properly controlled. Manage the proper storage and filing of controlled documents.
•	Health & safety matters. Training for all new employees.

•	Products Quality Assurance. Support for the manufacturing specifications driving continuous improvement. Automatic assembly with process controls. Operations: soldering, testing, etc.
•	Audits in factories: 1.Review of the Quality System.  2. Verification of the quality plans in reception of components, intermediate points, and final control. 3. Inspection of random samples on finished product.
•	Monitor supplier quality control plans for deliveries and validate completion with suppliers to ensure compliance.
•	Analysis of fail units without previous qualification. Support resolution of non-conformities (following escalation).   
•	Review and maintain Technical Test Reports from external laboratories demonstrating compliance with standards: EMC, Safety, Radio, RoHS.
•	Products Compliance Management: CE marking for WiFi products marketed in Spain. Obtaining final Certificates from Notified Bodies. Responsible for the environment management.
•	Preparing draft Declarations of Conformity. Own and manage the preparation of CE Technical Files.
•	Responsible for new products approvals: compliance of packing artwork, product marking, labels and User Instruction Manuals.

•	Broadband Products Quality Management. Best practices: Quality Compliance and Audit supplier operations. Support activity in SAP.
•	Monitoring of Quality Assurance and suppliers quality control plans for deliveries. Communication with Heads of Quality and Market Quality. 
•	Provide support to Supply Management in their evaluation and selection of approved suppliers.
•	Team member in charge of the preparatory work for the achievement of Certificate ISO-9001, adapting the Quality System.
•	Claim analysis. Detailed analysis of the malfunctions detected in certain units, looking for root causes, at the request of other areas.
•	Member of the group of monitoring and development of new products.
•	Member of the incident tracking committee in installed equipment.
•	Training and coaching to other operators in the Telefónica Group, about Advances Techniques of Quality Assurance.
