Our client is an International Insurance Company. Nowadays they are looking for a Digital Project Manager. The Project Manager is accountable for the timely and accurate implementation and delivery of multi-channel direct marketing compaings, underwritting&claims projects, as well as in other new solutions in accordance with ReMarks´s specified processes and standards. Key Responsabilities: Collaboration with the GM in preparing technical&commercial proposals to prospect clients. Monitoring the performance of client companies both for UW&Mkt services. Ensure delivery of assigned campaigns and solutions within the Operating Plan and in accordance with ReMark Global Business Process, Policies and industry best practices. Prepartion and management of project implementation timelines, reconciliation of expense budgets, data processing specifications, audits &sign-offs of collaterals by business partners. Management of day to day relationships with business partners on implementation matters. Set-up, monitor and report in and Final Sales results to ReMark team and Business Partners. Set-up and monitor of required post reports & analysis management reports. Key Tasks Commercial Prepare proposals, quotes, for new projects. Prepare and follow up the implementation of new clients. Engagement Internal Market Head and/or Business Development Executive Marketing Director Creative Team Data Analysts IT Team Actuarial Client Administration External Business Partners and Client companies Ther Party Suppliers Competencies Demonstrate previous experience in insurances and/or e-DM Demonstrate a clear understanding and knowledge of all aspects of production relating to campaign management across all direct marketing channels. Demonstrate a clear understanding of financial aspects relatin to campaign management. Ability to prioritize and achieve project deadlines. Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal. Present relevant information in a clear, concise and timely manner. Proactively build strong relationships both internally and externally. Proactively seek new ways of delivering to better quality, cost and process. Manage campaign execution to the agreed time scales, without error and to exceed business partner expectations. Understand the translation of strategic goals into tactical actions. Proficient in English and Spanish. Other languages would be valued. #
