DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER - CAROLINA HERRERA (TEMPORARY POSITION)

Digital project manager - Carolina Herrera Location.
Barcelona Temporary contract – This position is a  temporary offer covering a paternity leave.
We are looking for a DIGITAL PROJECT MANAGER to join the international digital team for Carolina Herrera based in Barcelona.
Reporting to the MANAGER DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY and working along the E-commerce and CRM team, you will be responsible for the project management projects related to the CH technology ecosystem, with a focus on the CH ecommerce site.
What you´ll get to do Responsibilities •    Responsible on time / in quality delivery of technical sprints for the website development •    Provide end-to-end project management •    Responsible for coordination of website back- and frontend development agencies as well as external QA partner and any third-party platforms  •    Responsible for coordination of global IT departments, Local IT departments, Finance, Customer service and other as they pertain to technical sprints •    Assures that business requirements and scope are clear and understood by development teams •    Assures sprint members are aligned on sprint requirements, scope, progress, and performance •    Tracks sprint performance to ensure maximum productivity of teams •    Define project responsibilities with stakeholders •    Informs stakeholders and management about sprint/overall project performance •    Keeps up team morale and motivates to deliver •    Responsible for upkeep of JIRA as key project management tool Tasks •    Planning of team allocation across multiple projects •    Ensuring that the various planning, communication and tracking tools are appropriately implemented and updated, including JIRA, & Microsoft Project Plans •    User stories control & enhancement (with focus on technical Backoffice requirements and specification).
assures user stories are clear (read & challenge), enhances with missing information, adds technical dependencies in collaboration with Digital Technology Manager and agency tech leads.
•    Ensures development tickets are properly defined with corresponding documentation.
UX UI documentation, Zeroheight, data definition (shared task with e-commerce business owner) •    Organization of development team briefings to review UX / UI requirements as defined by creative teams, coordinating with e-commerce business owner and external project managers.
•    JIRA Ownership.
set up of sprints, closing / opening / enhancing of tickets, clean up after each sprint.
•    Dev Sprint preparation & planning (against project roadmap & with business team).
coordinates internal sprint planning meeting, grooms backlog in JIRA with business team, and organizes global sprint planning with delivery teams •    Oversees development team’s story estimations, checking & challenging with technical leads.
•    Sprint progress monitoring, analysis, and reporting tracking and confirming that desired progress against milestone and sprint goals is being accomplished and share report across stakeholders.
•    Creating documentation packages needed to go through all the approval & certification process phases.
•    Daily Standups & tech alignment meeting coordination.
assures these are efficient and not exceeding timings, sends daily recaps on slack and follows up outstanding items throughout day as needed •    Ensuring website accessibility is up to standards by pulling ongoing reports, manually reviewing & potentially resolving reported issues, creating, and managing corresponding tickets in JIRA and following up with internal and external team members.
•    Ensuring Google Analytics tagging and reporting is correct, creating and managing corresponding tickets in JIRA and following up with internal and external team members.

3 years of experience as Digital Product Owner / Product Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Project Manager in an agency, startup, or digital-first company-    Proven success record of delivering medium to large scale digital technology projects on time, in budget and quality-    Experience with e-commerce projects-    Excellent JIRA skills-    Excellent Project Planning Skills, ideally with Microsoft Projects or similar tools-    Good understanding of user experience design-    Excellent time management and organizational skills whilst able to prioritize workload accordingly.
Ability to meet deadlines-    An energetic can do and positive attitude.-    A Team player with a collaborative work approach and motivation to assume responsibilities outside core focus areas-    Be able to identify any risk in advance which could impact the project-    Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, vendors, and management.-    Be methodical and organized - Organizational skills and time management skills to keep projects on track to the finish-    Strong Excel skills-    Eager to learn-    Fluent English is essential.
Spanish would be a real advantage.-    Desirable.
    Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSSo    Understanding of SEO and Google Analyticso    Hybris commerce cloud + Spartacus experienceWe offer.
