Your Journey So Far Proven experience as Chef De Cuisine or Executive Chef in a luxury cruise line or high-end hotel.
Strong background in fine dining, haute cuisine, and international gastronomy.
Expertise in menu development, food presentation, and ingredient sourcing to maintain premium quality.
Leadership skills to manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing culinary team.
In-depth knowledge of food safety, sanitation protocols, and HACCP standards.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Your Essentials Relevant culinary qualifications from a recognized institution.
Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are a plus.
Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate across departments.
