As a member of the sales team in our Barcelona office, you will be the reference advisor on the German market.
Your mission will be mainly focused on sales and advisory by phone, as you will deal with requests made on the Filovent website by customers wishing to sail.
Here are the main components of the mission.
Qualifying the request, precise understanding of the prospect’s wishes Searching for boats meeting their expectations Sending quotations Negotiating with the local charter companies Advising the guests and augmenting in order to close the booking Providing a high-end follow-up until the departure date (for bookings closed by yourself or other advisors), including handling some claims after departures Participation in the integration and management of young seasonal advisors Participation in the elaboration of training modules and materials Essential qualities.
rigour, excellent oral and written expression, curiosity, and above all desire to improve!Preferred experience.
achelor or Master degree in Tourism, Languages or business.
Experiences on the maritime business are valued.
ative German, and fluency in English.
French and/or Spanish is a plus.
