WORKDAY HCM & FINANCIALS PSA CONSULTANT

Are you an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant with strong finance and PSA integration skills? A leading global organisation is seeking a certified Workday Integrations contractor to join an enterprise technology project on a 3-month full-time contract.
This is a remote role, ideally suited to professionals based in or near the GMT or CET time zones.
What you'll be doing.
Leading the delivery of Workday integration solutions for finance and PSA systems Acting as the integration specialist on a large-scale project, owning requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and deployment Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the integrations meet technical, functional, and business needs Applying expert-level knowledge of Workday Studio, BIRT, XML, XSLT, and Workday integration patterns Troubleshooting complex integration issues and supporting a clean and scalable solution architecture Contributing to continuous improvement in project delivery tools and integration processes What we're looking for.
Proven experience delivering Workday integrations with a focus on finance and PSA (HCM-only experience is not sufficient) Workday Integration Certification is required Proficient in XML, XPath, XSLT and ideally an object-oriented programming language such as Java/J2EE Strong experience with Workday Studio and BIRT Demonstrated ability to lead integration workstreams and support full project life cycles Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in remote team settings Commercial awareness and ability to balance client expectations with delivery feasibility This is a fast-moving, high-impact role on a key Workday programme.
