We specialize in manufacturing products for all types of vehicles! Currently, our Épila plant is looking for a Warehouse Responsible who will not only manage this area but also take it to the highest level possible.
This position involves close collaboration with colleagues, customers, and suppliers worldwide, so if you are motivated and have experience in the automotive industry, this could be the job for you! Responsibilities As a Warehouse Responsible, your main tasks will include.
- Maximizing customer service by meeting established service standards or agreed-upon conditions with customers for orders.
Delivering products on time, in the correct manner, type, and quantity.
- Minimizing operating costs by optimizing loading, warehouse, and stock resources.
Minimizing wait times for loading.
Accurately and reliably performing product reception operations (unloading, inspection, and placement), product conservation (inventory, organization, and warehouse cleanliness), and product dispatch operations (order preparation, loading, and dispatch).
- Logistics management by coordinating your work with production departments.
Requirements If you have excellent organizational and time management skills, possess a systematic and positive approach, and are passionate about teamwork, then this could be the job for you! The minimum requirements we are looking for include.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in the relevant field.
- High level of spoken and written English.
- 2 to 5 years of previous experience in logistics or purchasing departments.
- Advanced user of Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Desirable experience with ERPs (SAP, Navision, Baan, etc.).
