Location.
Homebased Working Salary.
Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits Working Hours.
Full-Time – (37.
hours per week – Mon to Fri, Shifts between 8am- 8pm) Duration.

What you’ll do   In this role, you’ll be at the heart of shaping how we support our onsite customers.
Making sure every interaction is thoughtfully planned, clearly communicated, and smoothly delivered.
You’ll take the lead in designing and managing service touchpoints that not only meet customer expectations but also align with our internal service level agreements and cost goals.
It’s about creating a service journey that feels seamless and well-supported from start to finish.
You’ll also be leading a brilliant team of Onsite Service Advisors, helping them thrive while making sure our customers feel truly supported.
You’ll be managing up to 12 advisors, offering day to day guidance and clear direction to help them succeed and grow in their roles.
You’ll bring our service values to life by coaching your team on Vodafone’s behavioural drivers and making sure our customer-first mindset shines through in everything we do.
You’ll align team objectives with both customer needs and the wider Onsite business plan, ensuring everyone’s working towards the same purpose.
From training and coaching to managing performance and wellbeing, you’ll create a supportive environment where your team can do their best work and feel valued.
Who you are     You’re a natural people leader who brings both heart and structure to the way you work.
You know how to guide a team with empathy, clarity, and confidence  You’ve got experience leading people and you know how to bring out the best in your team through coaching, support, and clear direction.
You’re organised and thoughtful, with a natural ability to plan ahead and spot the details that matter.
