Job Purpose.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Vendor Receivables Specialist to manage claims, collections, and reconciliations related to vendor accounts.
This role ensures accuracy in financial records and supports timely month-end processes.
Key Responsibilities Manage and reconcile monthly vendor claims (price changes, promotions, returns, rebates, etc.) Dispute and resolve rejected claims with vendors Handle receivables ageing and collaborate with stakeholders to clear outstanding items Raise vendor invoices and support P&L impact approvals Perform daily margin reviews and corrective actions Support general ledger reconciliations and SOX controls Execute month-end closing tasks and maintain accurate documentation Requirements 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting English proficiency required Strong analytical and numerical skills Effective communicator, able to explain financial matters clearly Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Knowledge of SAP and accounting principles - ideal Proactive, organized, and a team player What We Offer.
