Here you have some of your main responsibilities.
Responsible for the maintenance of her/his client’s accounts.
Preparation of monthly/quarterly and annual (VAT/IPT) tax returns filings.  Preparation and filing of other tax returns.  Preparation of welcome pack for new clients and ensuring the signature of Engagement Letter and ad hoc documents.
Registration and deregistration of new clients with different authorities  Debt collection.
Reviews if there are funds on the bank account for the payment of tax returns/liaison with client for this.
Arranging for the signature of returns (or NRC´s request) by proxy-holder.
Setting up and maintaining an electronic mailbox for all communications  In case of tax inspections, preparation of any related documents (incl.
writes) and attending (together   with Supervisor) meetings with Tax Inspectors and/or Tax Advisors.
Ensures that appropriate responses and actions related his/her clients are taken with respect to request of information from the Public Administrations (Tax Authorities, government).
Controls the invoice procedure regarding the different clients and assuring that time writing is correctly recorded.
Any other necessary task to complete the team’s output to be reviewed and provided to third party.
  What are the key requirements ? University's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar Ideally, at least 4 years of experience in Accounting & Tax firms or consulting companies Excellent knowledge of Local GAAP & Tax compliance; knowledge about US GAAP/IFRS would be considered a plus Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Spanish Proficiency in MS Office package, along with experience of local accounting ERPs Strong team-playing skills Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment     Local Benefits Last but not least!!
