Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a UX Designer and Researcher M/F (f/m) to join our Digital Experience Platform team based in Toulouse, France.

Your main challenges.
As part of the Design Services team, you will lead UX Design and Research activities using qualitative and quantitative methods to create actionable insights across the product development lifecycle translating research findings and user needs into suitable design solutions including concept definition, human factors evaluation and testing of designs and early prototypes, as well as UX evaluation and testing of more mature prototypes Contribute to an internal knowledge base UX foundation to provide guidance, templates and best practices in varied UX methodologies Your boarding pass.
Proven track record and experience in UX Design and Research Strong experience conducting and/or leading user research, testing and influencing user experience design on products and services.

-Experience working in a global international context performing user-centered research supporting enterprise -Experience combining qualitative and quantitative user data into cohesive insights -Experience with mapping research findings to the broader state of the art to produce credible research narratives -Experience with UX Design and research tools to enhance the task performance (Figma, Condens) An analytical and critical mind.
