Description Scopely is looking for a UX Design intern to join our Monopoly GO! team in Barcelona.

What You'll Do We are looking for a proactive and passionate UX Designer to help us level up the current Yahtzee with Buddies experience making it more accessible and broadly appealing.
You will be the UX expert and one of the voices of the team, advising as well as hands-on working on design proposals and prototypes.
Apply your UX knowledge and players' feedback to help improve and evolve the current game experience Provide your expertise to help improve existing features to ensure they are easy to understand and engaging to our players Support team members to facilitate UX workshops to foster team collaboration and player centered design Be a key part of the ideation and pre-production process for new features.
You will take a hands-on approach to the development process to ensure we deliver the best user experience! Design with UX best practices and industry trends Work closely with UI, Art and UX to define and establish a cohesive visual identity Create robust user flows throughout gameplay systems and features Use players feedback to iterate and optimize the feature designs What We're Looking For Familiarity with UX Principles and user-centered design methodologies.
Capacity to create and iterate a player flow Player-advocate mindset to defend their needs during the ideation process Capacity to autonomously communicate design ideas and defend your decisions Understand the basics of user research methodologies Ability to work well within a dynamic, cross-discipline, and iterative team environment Self-motivated and collaborative, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both in-person and remotely Team player attitude with an open mindset to provide and receive feedback on improvement points Awareness of current trends in casual mobile games Fluency using Figma, creating prototypes, wireframes,...
