ource, qualify and match candidates for specific open positions across several Business Units, with specific focus to US candidates (and US sources of talent)Shortlist candidates and arrange interviews with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers across a number of critical searches.
evelop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers.
se of an Applicant Tracking System for sourcing and tracking candidates.
ead debrief/recap discussions about potential candidates, and help interviewing teams reach the best final hiring decision.
upport the candidate's experience at every stage of the process.
tilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
