Posizione Inserita nell’ufficio informatico, la risorsa risponderà all’IT Manager e si occuperà di gestire le attività dell'Help Desk interno.
Sarà suo compito garantire la qualità del servizio utilizzando il Ticket System aziendale, organizzando le attività dei colleghi e dei i fornitori fino alla risoluzione.
Nello specifico sarà incaricata delle seguenti attività.
Assegnare e pianificare le attività dell'Help Desk attraverso il Ticket System sia agli operatori interni che ai fornitori esterni; Monitorare la risoluzione tempestiva delle problematiche, classificando i problemi in base all'urgenza, individuando in collaborazione con team informatico i tempi e le modalità di intervento; Verificare l’effettiva chiusura dei ticket ed il rispet.......
