his position is based in Girona, Spain, and reports to the Manager in Accounting.
ey Responsibilities.
Assist with the accurate recording of portfolio events and documentation in accordance with internal guidelines and fundcraft’s standards.
Ensure data quality by reviewing and validating information within the fundcraft platform.
Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth committee operations.
Learn to upload and validate data points in the platform and collaborate with the Client Success Management (CSM) team to ensure timely processing of payments.
Support the collection and processing of Capital Call notices, Distribution notices, and financial reports.
Assist in managing access credentials for target fund web portals.
Provide administrative support in managing events related to VC-type assets, such as data completeness checks and transaction processing.
