Your Opportunity with us.
We are looking for an ambitious and talented profile to join our Global Operations Team as a Temporary Innovation PMO in our Global Headquarter (Madrid).
What are we looking for? An Innovation PMO role that will deliver a wide standard approach to Innovation project delivery and helps to prioritize project management resources to support the innovation agenda, as well to provide full and accurate visibility of projects status.
Key delivery for this role will include.
• Define and manage a well-defined project management process, aligned with the innovation process defined by Marketing Innovation Team • Coordinate and manage the resources of various departments in Operations, Global Quality, Marketing & Commercial/ Sales and Business Unit Managers for the timely and proper development of Innovation projects.
• Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments, removing roadblocks to their work Relevant KPIs for this role.
% projects delivered on time; monitoring of resources (% capacity of innovation network); Deoleo’s Innovation Gross Margin.
You will need.
• University Education with Degree or equivalent qualification • Fluent in spoken and written English & Spanish.
• Will be desirable some experience and knowledge of Marketing, P&L, operations, packaging and/or R&D, specially in food industry.
• Proven expertise in FMCG global organizations as a PMO (3-5 years) • Expert knowledge of both Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices • Experience working with diverse (cross-cultural) teams in a matrix environment • Good communication skills to all organizational levels • Able to operate with senior managers within the Company.
• Able to work with competing goals.
• PMO certification is a plus.
