Descripción de la oferta de empleo
→ Analyze existing business processes and design solutions aligned with business needs
→ Collaborate with users, SMEs, and technical teams to deliver enhancements and support
→ Create functional and technical design documentation
→ Manage and support technical development: PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, Workflows
→ Handle data conversions, interfaces, and EDI integrationsRequired Qualifications:→ Must be located within commuting distance of Irvine, CA or San Jose, CA
→ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
→ Minimum 4 years of IT experience
→ Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS implementation/support experience
→ Strong technical skills in PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF, Shell scripting, and performance tuning
→ Functional understanding of O2C and P2P cycles in Oracle SCM
→ Experience in multi-site implementations and global rollouts
→ Skilled in documenting requirements, configuration, and technical solutions
→ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsPreferred Qualifications:→ Experience across full Oracle ERP development life cycle
→ Exposure to Oracle Financials
→ Client-facing experience and ability to manage onsite-offshore collaboration
→ Leadership experience as a project or module lead
