About the Role Key Responsibilities.
Design and deliver robust technical solutions aligned with business needs and architectural standards Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance Translate functional specifications into detailed technical designs and operational processes Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards throughout delivery Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive solution integration and user experience Provide expert technical guidance and influence stakeholders across business and IT Take ownership of project execution, ensuring timely and effective solution delivery Role Requirements   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience Over 12 years of experience designing and delivering complex, cross-functional technical solutions Strong background in programming and solution architecture across diverse technologies Proven ability to integrate or implement commercial off-the-shelf software products Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior IT and business stakeholders Demonstrated ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences Self-driven and capable of working independently in a matrixed, multicultural environment Experience in regulated industries, ideally pharmaceuticals, including computer system validation.
Desirable Requirements.
