We are looking for a TPM to join our Data Engineering organization, working directly with the Head of Data to drive a large variety of programs, from improving scalability and performance within the data pipelines to enabling efficient use of data to support key product feature and new releases.As our engineering program manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our cross-team internal projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will get to work in a dynamic environment and a chance to take ownership for the evolution of the role within the company.Technical Program Manager ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project plans that span across multiple teams in coordination with relevant team members.Define the program scope, goals, risks and participate in the technical design to drive technical outcomes for one of the most critical parts of architecture within our app.Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports for management on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.Report blockers and escalate to management as needed.Perform risk management to minimize project risks.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.RequirementsPreferred degree in engineering, computer science or relevant experience in a fast growth Technology company.Proven working experience as a project manager/ program manager/ architect in the information technology sector.Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development, infrastructure changes,database management, performance, scalability and data engineering.Excellent Leadership Abilities And Attention To Detail Skills.Ability to problem-solve under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.We look forward to hearing from you!
