We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Program Lead to join our team and support strategic projects that require cross-team and cross-tribe collaboration.
The Technical Project Manager & Service Governance Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating and leading technical enhancement projects across various teams and tribes within the organization.
This position is crucial for ensuring that strategic initiatives are successfully implemented, leveraging technical expertise and fostering collaboration.
A key component of this role is integrating and utilizing Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to enhance project outcomes and drive innovation.
What you do • Lead and coordinate technical projects that involve cross-team and cross-tribe collaboration, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among diverse teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project success.
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technical teams.
• Integrate Generative AI capabilities into project workflows to enhance efficiency, creativity, and problem-solving.
Stay abreast of the latest developments in GenAI and assess their applicability to ongoing and future projects.
What you bring • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven experience in leading and managing technical projects across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
