Within Vodafone Group Technology, FinTech & Product Enablement team has the responsibility to develop, deploy and operate strategic consumer services across the markets focussing on customer engagement, 3rd party integration for consumer services and identity solutions.
Global Vodafone Identity is the central enabler across Vodafone markets and channels for Identity and Access Management.
The Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform is used cross-channel (mobile apps, web and IVR) by Vodafone and 3rd party services.
We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner who is interested in the challenge of evolving our global identity solutions and building a strategic component of Vodafone’s future strategy.
As a Techical Product Owner you will work with multidisciplinary teams responsible for the design, development and lifecycle of state-of-the-art digital ID solutions.
You will own the end-to-end agile technical product development and delivery working closely with the product management, understanding customer requirements and business demands and guiding technical scrum teams to deliver value.
You will provide assessment of potential solutions by preparing requirements, cost estimates, implementation efforts as well as guiding the teams on objectives and priorities working through governance milestones.

The role requires a solid background in digital technologies and mobile, and previous experience in roles like Business Analyst, Agile Delivery Manager or Solutions Architect are of benefit.
Hands-on and deep knowledge of state of the art technologies and solutions used in the IAM is a differentiator.
Moreover, strong communication skills are a must as you will interface with people and teams around the globe and with different disciplines, from commercial to technical and internal to 3rd parties.
Technical consulting of product management team - Contribute to vision and roadmap with assessments based on good knowledge of technology capabilities and potential re-use of these; Manage team backlog and guide the technical teams - derive and define technical product requirements from and break down into incremental value add deliveries.
Supplier and Partner Management - Responsible for managing the relationship and driving technical conversations with suppliers and 3rd parties.
Accountibility for end-to-end delivery across the Vodafone organisation - identify, manage and resolve dependencies, risks Ensure efficiency and a high degree of re-usability in alignment with Architects, e.

correlation patterns working closely with the Data Analyst to define enhancements Who you are Degree in IT/Engineering or other related field; Experienced Technical Product Owner/ or Solutions Architect / Agile Delivery Manager (understaning APIs, Microservices, Frontend and UX) Very strong communication and negotiation skills to interact with stakeholders of diversified skillsets and built long-lasting relationships Deep understanding of identity and access management customer as well as technology business value Proven trackrecord delivering complex strategic projects in the areas of communications, web or mobile services using of Agile practices of Product Development Experienced working in multi-national and multi-location teams 5 years professional work experience in technical product owner role Deep understanding of Agile Product Management Certified SAFE PO/Scrum Master desire Deep understanding of Product KPIs and metrics usage Familiar with REST, OAuth2.
