THE ROLE
We’re looking for a Technical Lead to design and optimize enterprise systems, lead a team of developers, and collaborate cross-functionally on key technology initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you’ll craft scalable solutions across ERP, supply chain, logistics, and web development, ensuring our systems are efficient, reliable, and ready to support business growth.
YOUR CHALLENGE
• Enterprise Systems & Operations
• Oversee and enhance systems supporting finance, supply chain, and logistics, ensuring data consistency and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with teams across Operations, Finance, and more to translate business needs into robust, scalable system architectures.
• Architecture & Back-End Development
• Design and maintain back-end services using Python frameworks such as Django or FastAPI.
• Develop and integrate secure, high-performance RESTful and GraphQL APIs following industry best practices.
• Project & Team Leadership
• Lead cross-functional projects from concept to deployment, working closely with stakeholders and external partners.
• Mentor and guide the development team, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot complex issues effectively, ensuring minimal downtime and strong system performance.
• Work extensively with SQL to ensure data integrity and optimize query performance; experience with PostgreSQL and BigQuery is a nice to have.
• Cloud & DevOps
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure), with a focus on scalability and reliability.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerize Docker applications to streamline develpment cycles and uphold code quality.
• Promote DevOps best practices, including monitoring, logging, and incident response.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF… “YOU HAVE” “YOU ARE EXPERIENCED IN” “YOU MASTER”
• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, with a focus on back-end development and enterprise integrations.
• Strong proficiency in Python (Django/FastAPI), including distributed task processing.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and Git version control.
• Proficiency in unit testing (PyTest, Unittest); experience with TDD is a plus.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and advanced CI/CD tooling.
• Solid experience in API design (RESTful, GraphQL) with strong understanding of authentication and security.
• Familiarity with ERP and supply chain systems; logistics experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of message brokers and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify APIs) is a plus.
• Experience in the retail or fashion sector is advantageous but not required.
