Technical IT Project Manager About the Job We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Technical IT Project Manager to join our team at Allianz.
This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery and support of our IT projects, aligning with our strategic objectives.
The successful candidate will manage and improve our project management framework, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and customer satisfaction.
What you do • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT projects, ensuring they meet business needs and performance standards.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop and implement project management policies, processes, and procedures based on best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure successful implementation and integration of IT projects.
• Conduct regular project reviews with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for project improvements and compliance with standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
What you bring • Proven, hands-on experience in managing large scale IT projects, preferably with IT platforms in large enterprise setups.
• Expertise in project management / it service management frameworks and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with IT project lifecycle management, technical onboarding of customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with cloud-based services and infrastructure is a must-have • Basic knowledge of AI technologies, principles, and their practical use • At least 6 years of experience What we offer • We offer a hybrid work model which recognizes the value of striking a balance between in-person collaboration and remote working incl.
