TECHNICAL DOCUMENT INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

📢 We're looking for a Technical Document Integration Specialist to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group and is looking for a new growth opportunity.Functions & Responsibilities:Responsible for the collection, sorting, classification, and storage of various information materials within the department (such as drawings, technical documents, company’s management system, technical standards etc.).Develop and implement reasonable information management strategies to ensure data integrity and security. Promote standardized management of department documents.Manage the department database, including regular backup, recovery, and update of database content, and optimize and ensure the rationality of the database structure.Develop an easy-to-implement document management process that is reviewed and updated regularly.Interface with the IT department, manage department database access rights, and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.Follow relevant laws and regulations and company policies, cooperate in the preparation, approval and filing of departmental systems, standards, guidance manuals, etc. to ensure the compliance of various document management.Develop and implement security measures to protect information from unauthorized access and disclosure.Design and maintain a version control system for technical documentation to ensure users always get the latest version of the documentation.Coordinate communication with team members and other departments to obtain the latest technical information.Conduct reviews of technical documentation to identify potential errors, inconsistencies or omissions and ensure document quality and accuracy.Responsible for publishing and distributing technical documentation and ensuring it is carried out according to predetermined plans and procedures. Regularly review and update published documents to ensure they reflect the latest service status.Support to the Asset Manager and other colleagues in terms of document applications. Participate in docking with the headquarters and assist in completing various information submissions.Training & Experience Requirements (mandatory):Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computing, Physics, or any other related discipline; or equivalent work experience. At least 2 years of experience in Document Management.Advance level of English (equivalent to C1).Native level of Chinese (equivalent to C2).Other requirements:At least 1 year of experience with information management tools and systems, such as document management systems, database software, Sharepoint, etc., following good information security and compliance principles. Intermediate to Advanced level of proficiency with Windows OS, MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Organizational and coordination skills. Able to effectively handle large amounts of information. Problem solving and critical thinking.
