TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYSTS (100% REMOTE)

What are we looking for?We are looking for an Technical business analysts, working close to one of our main clients.Business Analyst - IT Job Responsibilities / Role Impact Assessment - First of all, the resource will need to schedule with technical SMES to understand what are the changes that the project will introduce and what is the expected milestone in which this change is going to happen.The resource will document the findings obtained and provide as an evidence for the project direction - The resource will establish follow up sessions with the impacted teams to provide the status of the change, schedule POCs or provide details about the training plan. Mandatory skills - vast previous experience in a similar role in Financial services - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - proactive, hands on role and ensuring actions are completed, followed up on Nice to have skills - experience in working in programme methodologies - Some Spanish Knowledge Qualities - Team player - Energetic, motivated and determined - Pragmatic and results-oriented - Adaptable to diverse set of technical responsibilities - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Productive and able to manage time effectively 5+ years in this role. Valuable and desirable: being entitled of Disability Certificate (at least 33% score).Work location: 100% remote within Spain.Work schedule: Business Hours. No intensive working days for friday or summer.
