Louis Vuitton is seeking a TEAM MANAGER for our beautiful Serrano store in Madrid.
As Team Manager, you will lead by example—driving personal sales, maximizing client retention and cross-selling, and ensuring every customer enjoys a world-class experience.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you’ll help lead the team, foster client relationships, and drive strong commercial results through strategic floor management, visual merchandising, and client development initiatives.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the luxury retail market, and the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Team Management and Development Recruit, lead, motivate, and coach the team to achieve the best in their abilities and lead to commercial success while ensuring exceptional client experience.
Identify training needs and ensure all team members receive appropriate training and development opportunities.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support team members' growth and success.
Embody the Louis Vuitton culture, be an ambassador of our values, by being the key driver of culture within the team and ensuring the alignments with this culture of team members.
Client Experience and Satisfaction Ensure that the highest level of desire is created by making clients dream through exceptional storytelling.
Support the team in building long term Client relationship, leveraging the different clientele tools.
Monitor clients feedback and implement necessary improvements to enhance clients satisfaction within the team's area of responsibility.
Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training).
Proactively provide the Country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge about the market and Client needs, leveraging expertise and knowledge within team.
Product Management and Sales Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the store's product offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
Oversee the team's dedicated product assortment, ensuring optimal inventory levels and product presentation.
Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets and implementing effective sales strategies.
Operational Excellence Overseeing operational processes and collaborating closely with the Operations Manager.
This includes managing activities such as shipping and receiving, ensuring smooth inventory management, and maintaining efficient workflows.
Maintain a well-organized, clean, and visually appealing team environment to attract and retain clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations, within the team's area of responsibility.
Skills Customer Relationship Development People Development & Team Management Business and Retail Requirements Proven track record managing teams.
5-8 years of experience Languages.
English and Spanish fluent.
Availability.
40hrs/week, including weekends.
