TEAM LEADER, SECURITY RISK & COMPLIANCE

Your day to day.
Responsible for managing and leading the Security Risk & Compliance team.
The scope of the team is to drive and ensure full compliancy with any relevant regulations and standards.
(ISO, SOX, GDPR, CSB, etc.).
for the complete scope of the DC infrastructure services & applications.
(EVO).
he Team is also accountable for ensuring, controlling and improving the remediation of all infrastructure, application and middleware vulnerabilities related to Group Data Centre organization as well for improving IT Services processes for patch management and building a new structured service to ensure a proactive and preventive patching of the whole installed baseline.

People Management Lead, motivate and inspire a team of 7 to 15 security professionals  Recruit, mentor and manage an effective security team Create, update, assign relevant trainings and learning paths to team members and monitor the progress in order to ensure technical and soft-skills people development and prepare the team for new services and technologies Evaluate the performance of each team member according to the Performance Dialogue guidelines, reward top performers, plan, monitor and support improvement actions.
Contribute to cross-functional workstreams aiming at improving retention/reward/internal training/resourcing/employer branding and CSR   Transformation Continuously improve ways of working trough process redesign, tasks reallocation, stopping activities with no benefit; Manual work reduction through RPA, bots, scripts, various standalone tools integration, etc.
Coordinate process, tools, KPIs standardization trough the re-use of best practices across multiple customers or practices; Learn new technologies and keep abreast of existing technologies and help introduce them where appropriate   Operational performance Ensure all delivery KPIs are met; have KPIs that are relevant, trendy and in-line with the industry standards Manage the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous security projects from Design through to Control and Improve Capable of understanding and contributing to the service delivery throughout the entire lifecycle  Working closely with Stakeholders and Technical Coordinators to produce accurate performance metrics and manage the E2E transition of new activities to Go-Live approvals and BAU Ensure awareness, involvement and support from the key stakeholders and participants by building strong project teams and maintaining robust communication on the projects status throughout their lifecycle Take responsibility for ensuring that risks and issues are identified and managed closely and drive all stakeholders to deliver on time and to the required quality standards Work closely with relevant teams to ensure alignment and coordination across on-shore and off-shore teams as part of the global Security processes    Customer Satisfaction Participate in service reviews meetings and provide updates on service status Contributing to service reviews by providing relevant input for proper performance indicators, highlight, lowlights, blocking points, initiatives and next steps Define, lead and encourage continuous improvement of the teams delivery and development processes    With these skills, you are a great candidate.
Strong knowledge of Security Governance and Services, People Management and Continuous Service Improvement methodologies within corporate environment.
Strong skills and proven experience in the Security compliance project area Broaden background on IT /Data centre technologies (Server/Compute, Storage, Database, Network, private/public cloud) in a fast-changing environment Strong decision-making skills with the ability to balance and resolve conflicts Proven track record of execution to make things happen.
Experience in delivering successful projects through virtual cross-functional teams as  well as 3rd party contractors and external suppliers Ability to work across multi-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver services and change Excellent communications skills, especially interpreting requirements Ability to facilitate group sessions and model business processes (both current state and future state) to identify areas of improvement.
Leadership experience of project working and professional processes  The ability to influence diverse and senior stakeholders effectively Takes responsibility for driving services, products and system to success  Recruitment, management and mentoring experience   Language requirements.
English (B2 or above) Any other European foreign language an advantage.
Technical competencies.
Industry-standard premium qualifications like ITIL v3 Expert, ISO/IEC Lead Auditor, ISACA Certified Information Security Manager, ISO/IEC Consultant, CBCI Good technical understanding of underlying activities that ensure Security Compliance (infrastructure patching, vulnerability management, hardening defect management, anti-malware, CSIRT, Pentesting, BCMS & GeoResilience, UAM) Strong Knowledge of Compliance Frameworks (ISO , ITIL, ISO , SOX, GDPR, NIST, COBIT) Project management skills.
Ability to document process flow diagrams, functional vs.
non-functional specifications, and database relational models Experience with CMS applications Basic knowledge of infrastructure and cloud technologies (Linux, Windows, VMware, Citrix, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure etc) Basic knowledge of security and automation tools and functionalities (Qualys, Nessus, BCM Bladelogic, BMC Threat Director, WSUS, CCS, SEP etc) Understanding of technologies used for software development (PHP, Symphony framework, JS, AJAX, Python) Sounds like the perfect job?
