This is a brand new role in which you play a crucial part in driving our company’s process by leading a team of Project Managers and Customer Managers.
You will get to establish best practices and unlock tremendous business value in supporting the Operations team.
In Otovo centralized pan-European Operations team in Madrid and has built up a dynamic, ambitious, international/multilingual team of professionals who are passionate about being the very best team and delivering on the mission of putting solar panels on every roof in Europe and a battery in every home.
Your responsibilities will include.
Leading the the operations service of one market from Madrid (this could increase to several markets in the future); Hiring, training, and leading a team of Project Managers, Customer Managers and Project Administrators in the EOC; Go-to person for your team Managing team capacity and performance Working in close collaboration with the markets and internally in the EOC to ensure continuous improvement in our internal processes; Controlling the projects pipeline identifying and solving bottlenecks Being the guardian of the process, making sure operations are managed according to Otovo’s Blueprint+4 years of professional experience.
ome Experience in the Photovoltaic industry is a must.
