TEAM ASSISTANT

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Team Assistant to support our senior leadership in our fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and act as a trusted support to executives.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business.
Manage and maintain executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements and appointments.
Serve as a primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Organize internal and external client meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-ups Organize travel arrangements and prepare expense reports, working with travel agency when needed.
Planning and coordinating events, workshops and All Hands Order and manage office supplies, raise PR and follow up the payment process Perform ad hoc tasks to support daily team operations With these skills you are a great candidate.
•           Can do attitude, focused on what the job needs not what is in the job description •           Proven experience as a Team /Executive Assistant, between 3-5 years, ideally in IT or telecommunications.
•           Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) •           Excellent communication skills •           Excellent organizational and time management skills •           Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines •           A team player with a problem-solving mindset •           Fluency in English (other language would be nice to have but not mandatory) Sounds like the perfect job?
