¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto? Responsibilities.
Provide tax advice to other corporate functions and Spanish or international group companies.
Analysis and preparation of corporate income tax returns and quarterly tax computations.
Responsible for ensuring timely and accurate tax reporting from the subsidiaries.
Review corporate income tax reporting of international companies.
Reconciling tax expense, deferred tax assets and liabilities and cash tax with corporate income tax returns.
Prepare budgets and forecasts for Corporate Income Tax purposes Participate in tax audits.
Provide tax support in connection with Transfer Pricing related topics.
Provide tax support in investment or divestment transactions, and group restructuring and company's simplification.
Ensure the correct application of the double taxation agreements on royalties, interests and dividends.
Provide support in the definition, development and implementation of tax policies.
Follow up of new tax legislation and provide support in the implementation of the new tax requirements.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)? Requirements.
Bachelor in Business Administration.
Post-graduate degree in Tax.
Minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably in a prestigious tax law firm or in a Corporate Tax Department of a multinational group.
High level of English and French desirable.
Knowledge of IFRS and Spanish GAAP tax accounting standards.
Analytical thinking and detail-oriented.
