Logistics at Full PotentialAs a Talent & Learning Business Partner, you are responsible for shaping the talent strategy of GXO within the Iberia region. You will be in charge of implementing and managing effective learning and talent development solutions that meet regional business objectives. You will collaborate closely with HR and the business to align talent strategies with business goals, fostering a productive and engaged workforce.What does your day look like as a Talent & Learning BP?Lead and coordinate Talent & Learning programs in Iberia, promoting GXO University initiatives and e-learning through the LMS.Align talent strategies with business goals, collaborating with HR and the business to foster an engaged workforce.Lead Performance and Talent Management processes, offering expert advice and developing change management tools for continuous improvement.Develop and deploy People Review processes, support HR teams, provide regional analysis, and manage succession plans.Manage the Iberia Graduate programs as a talent pipeline for key roles.Manage the Leadership Development ProgramSupport Employee Engagement initiatives and promote best practices.Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Communications Teams to develop Employer Branding and support internal communications.Oversee Operational and Safety training, consult on start-ups, and engage the Start-up Training Centre of Excellence.What Do You Need To Be SuccessfulPassion for developing people to achieve business resultsExperience in managing and implementing leadership and management development programsExperience in managing entry-level development programsExcellent facilitation, coaching, and influencing skillsKnowledge of media-based learning and Learning Management Systems (LMSs) is desirableUnderstanding of talent learning theories and mechanismsFlexible, adaptable, and supportive of changeExcellent communication skills, with the ability to utilize a wide range of communication methodsStrategic thinking abilitiesExceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop effective relationships with senior management, peers, colleagues, and external providersFluent in English and SpanishWhat do we offer you?Opportunity to shape the Talent & Learning agenda in IberiaCareer development opportunitiesGenerous performance-based bonusYour future work environmentGXO operates in a dynamic environment with strong growth and constant change.
