To make Life beyond a success ! As a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you will join our HR team in Paris, led by Eugénie, our HR Director.
Here is a non-exhaustive list of your responsibilities.
Design and execute the recruitment road map and sourcing strategies to attract top talent in both video game industry and web.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the needs of each role and provide guidance on the best hiring practices Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job postings, resume screening, and reference checks Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline by utilizing various recruitment channels and tools, such as social media, job boards, and employee referrals You give us your skills, dedication and enthusiasm, and here’s what you get back.
