Join Our Talent Acquisition Team in Barcelona!   Are you ready to immerse yourself in the world of Talent Acquisition and make a significant impact in the vibrant city of Barcelona? We're on the lookout for a passionate Intern to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team.
As an Intern in our Talent Acquisition department, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to our innovative recruitment strategies while gaining invaluable hands-on experience.
What you will do?   Assist our team in identifying and adopting innovative sourcing strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and effectively attract top talent.
Conduct CV screenings and phone interviews, playing a pivotal role in identifying top talent across the EMEA Region.
Participate in Talent Meetings, where your ideas and insights will help shape our recruitment efforts.
Gain invaluable insights into the dynamic world of Talent Acquisition and HR, setting the stage for a rewarding career path.
What about you?   Proficient in English.
Any other European languages will be considered as a plus (preferably German).
Research skills and asking insightful questions.
Effective multitasker with strong prioritization and organizational abilities.
Proactive problem-solver committed to finding solutions.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and eager to learn more.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's / Master's in HR, Psychology, International Business, Business Administration, Economics or a related field.
