Key Responsibilities.
Screening of resumes and selecting shortlists of suitable, diverse applicants for roles in the European region  Perform exploratory interviews with potential candidates  Research different sourcing techniques, networks, and job boards relevant to the region Assist in developing proactive talent pipelines based on the future needs of the organization by utilizing various sourcing channels Research job fairs/conventions/seminars and coordinate potential Firmenich participation  Actively contribute to different global/regional/local HR initiatives for the different business divisions   We bring.
