Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for finance analytics, ensuring accuracy and usabilityCollaborate with the finance team to understand data requirements and translate them into effective visualizationsOptimize dashboard performance and user experience through efficient design and data structuringWork closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve the analytics platformRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related fieldProven hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard developmentStrong understanding of data visualization best practicesProficiency in SQL and data manipulation for analytics purposes2-3 years of relevant experience in Tableau dashboard development for finance or business analyticsPreferred Qualifications:Tableau Desktop Qualified Associate certification or higherExperience in financial industry or working closely with finance teamsFamiliarity with other BI tools such as Power BI, QlikView, or LookerKnowledge of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes (experience with Databricks is preferred) What will you get?We adapt to you!: 🕓 With our flexible schedule, you'll have the freedom to adjust your work hours to accommodate your personal needs and responsibilities.💻 We know how great it is to work from home.
