Regular [Summary] - Product manager role for TECNIS family of IOLs to treat cataract in collaboration of other equipment & IOL product managers - Develop/execute marketing programs both for HCP engagement and patient awareness for Johnson & Johnson Vision branding as a global leader in eye health [Responsibilities] 1.
Plan and execute marketing strategy according to J&J marketing framework 2.
Proceed new product launch and manage product portfolio 3.
Develop a variety of marketing materials and evidence-based sales guides for customers 4.
Engage key customers and academic society and gather the voices of customers in the field 5.
Lead communicating with a variety of internal stakeholders in local, regional and global, including sales/marketing, training/education, strategy, engineering, regulatory, quality, etc.

Plan and conduct market research to derive key insights and manage marketing strategies and tactics accordingly.
7.
Proactively design marketing projects that can impact the market 8.
Maintain J&J Vision brand as a premium & breakthrough innovation solution provider and an eye health leader 9.
Manage P&L for each product line and budget plan [Requirements] - Bachelor’s degree or above - 6+ years’ experience in marketing and sales in medical devices industry - Strong project management/drive with setting/delivering specific, measurable objectives - Good inter-personal communication skill - Proactive, positive & innovative mindset - Business and financial acumen - Excellent business presentation skill/ business analysis skill - Advanced level of English and Korean communication (Writing & Oral) - MBA is preferrable [지원 방법] www.
