SUPPLY & STAY MANAGER - CDI - BARCELONA, SPAIN

As a Supply & Stay Manager, you will work along with your Team Leads to accompany the department in the development and management of the portfolio of properties.
Scouting new properties and becoming an expert negotiator to convince new owners of our ways of working.
You will become an ambassador of Le Collectionist in front of owners and clients.
You will be the main point of contact for them and ensure their expectations are met.
In fact, from check-in to check-out, you will take ownership of the satisfaction of all parties involved, especially the client.
You will form part of a team that acts as the eyes of the company.
You will manage the processes of a luxury company from a practical, operational and administrative perspective, actively contributing to the success of Le Collectionist.
Very quickly, you will be expected to become an essential team member, in a “family” atmosphere, in one of the worlds’ most attractive destinations.
Your tasks and duties.
️ Collection Development (Supply) You will source new properties in your destination and guarantee the quality standards Develop your network of owners and build long lasting relationships by introducing them to our ways of working and sign collaboration mandates You will present the properties you onboard to all the teams Become fully knowledgeable of local regulations regarding weekly touristic rentals Become an expert negotiator and ambassador of our ways of working.
the objective is to on-board la crème de la crème of villas Collection Management (Stay/Rental Management) You will manage a portfolio of villas in your destination Build long lasting business relationships with owners and clients Become an expert of the properties in your portfolio Operations Management You will deal with the clients you are assigned to and arrange all the necessary for them for their holidays respecting our service quality standards Check client -in, -out, and troubleshoot issues encountered by your clients Key aspects of the role and reporting Actively contribute to the optimization of new and existing processes Represent Le Collectionist at its highest standards Work in a team on the summer operations Report and troubleshoot issues with the support of the Team Leads**Preferred ExperienceYou will need**Perfect English (spoken and written)Good Spanish and German (spoken)Experience(s) in the luxury Rental ManagementA valid driving license in Spain (manual gearbox) An extensive personal travel experience and luxury product knowledge To be highly organized and punctual - this is crucial in your roleExpertise in hospitality Savoir-Faire and utmost politenessGreat interpersonal and communication skillsTo respect the confidentiality character of the jobWill be considered a plus, if youFrench or other languages are always highly appreciatedBring in a potential client databaseHave knowledge of your destinationA few perksYou will be given a uniform.
