Utilizes analytical skills to assess inventory levels identifying potential shortages and surpluses.
Team building through coaching and check-ins; recognizing team and individual achievement.
Typical working hours are 7 to 3.

REQUIREMENTS Four-year college degree in business or breadth of experience preferred DOT certification preferred 5 to 8 years of supply chain supervisory or 3 to 5 years of management experience preferred Strong interpersonal and coaching skills, excel analytical skills, continuous improvement mindset.
Proven ability in planning, organizing, motivating, controlling, problem-solving, negotiating and leadership in a manufacturing environment.
