As a Supervisor on our team, you will.
- Lead and drive the sales process to ensure team success - Empower team members to consistently meet and exceed sales objectives - Inspire, motivate, and guide agents as an effective team leader - Monitor, manage, and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) - Collect, analyze, and act on performance data and sales metrics - Organize regular team meetings to provide feedback, share updates, and prepare for upcoming changes - Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, ensuring clear communication on cases, procedures, tools, and applications - Maintain a 360° perspective on each Inside Sales Representative’s performance and development needs - Conduct regular call monitoring and provide actionable call coaching - Facilitate impactful one-on-one sessions to support individual growth and performance   Your qualifications        We embrace our game-changers with open arms, people from diverse backgrounds, who are curious and willing to learn.

- Are proficient or bilingual in French with advanced level of English - Bring strong business knowledge and commercial awareness - Are results-driven, success-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively - Have excellent organizational and time management skills - Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing - Demonstrate flexibility, take initiative, and embrace change - Possess outstanding leadership and people management abilities - Thrive in fast-paced environments and can manage high volumes of work under pressure - Have sharp attention to detail and a proactive mindset - Excel in problem-solving and sound decision-making - Have a background in sales and a passion for driving results - Are familiar with IT tools and environments (a plus) - Bring previous management or supervisory experience   Don’t meet every requirement?
