As a Supervisor on our team, you will.
- Supervise daily operations of a UK Market call center team, including attendance and performance monitoring.
- Regularly coach team members to meet performance metrics.
- Address performance issues with improvement plans or disciplinary actions, including termination if necessary.
- Ensure customer service meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
- Clearly communicate expectations and provide timely updates to staff.
- Handle escalated customer calls as a subject matter expert.
- Conduct team meetings and organize team activities for communication and engagement.
- Stay updated on company processes, policies, and attend manager training.

- Are proficient or bilingual in English  - Have a Bachelor´s degree in a relevant field    - Have at least 1 year of supervisory experience is required    - Are highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations   - Have strong communication skills in English (at least a C1 level), both written and verbal   - Can lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable   - Can mentor, coach and provide direction to a team of employees    Don’t meet every requirement?
