STUDENT ENGAGEMENT MANAGER

THE COMPANYA high-ranking business school with campuses in different cities in Europe.JOB PURPOSEAs the Student Engagement Manager, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating a dynamic and supportive educational atmosphere across our campuses. Your primary responsibility involves meticulous tracking and analysis of student behaviors, enabling you to develop and execute strategic initiatives that significantly enhance student engagement and retention. The position is structured around 5 pillars:DUTIESPoint of Contact (POC) Coordination:- Serve as the central liaison between departments, including Sales, Admissions, and Academics, ensuring seamless collaboration in all processes related to student engagement.- Facilitate effective communication and coordination to align departmental efforts towards a unified student-centered approach.- Lead weekly meetings with the departments of academics and accounting at each campus.- Encourage and expand the use of software for tracking (Excel, MS Dynamics, Shared Lists, gsBase) to ensure all information concerning new and current students is up-to-date.- Produce analyses of reasons for cancellation/postponement and propose action plans.- Define and implement strategies to improve student retention, involving all stakeholders.- Develop procedures and corresponding documentation for existing and newly implemented processes, delivering corresponding training to teams across campuses.- Ensure and coordinate pre-arrival space on Moodle and keep track of the participation of incoming students.Student Lists Maintenance:- Oversee the maintenance of comprehensive student lists for all campuses.- Conduct regular checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of student records, promptly addressing any inconsistencies or discrepancies.- Define and ensure KPI tracking to measure the performance of academic teams across campuses (retention, class planning, occupancy, etc.).- Responsible for data flow processes.- Define an efficient methodology to control the data flow during and between semesters.- Maintain accurate and useful data on retention and students academic development for the Group-Level Academic Department.- Coordinate data and statistics related to students academic journey per program, per campus, and globally, required for annual and periodic accreditation reporting.Behavioral Analysis and Strategy Development:- Utilize data-driven insights to track and analyze student behaviors, identifying patterns and trends.- Develop and implement strategies aimed at enhancing student engagement, satisfaction, and overall retention.Budget Prediction Model:- Manage and update the annual prediction model for budgets.- Monitor rentention KPIs.Process Supervision and Improvement:- Supervise, analyze, and assess systems and processes, identifying points for improvement.REQUIREMENTSFluent in English with working knowledge of Spanish or French. Any other language is considered as an asset.Bachelors degree.Previous experience in the education sector.Intermediate knowledge of univariate, bivariate, and multivariate statistic research methods.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and good working knowledge of PowerBI, MS Dynamics and SPPS or R are considered as an asset.Knowledge of the major educational records systems and databases.Strong communication skills (verbal and written).Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
