Are You a Fit Were looking for a highly technical research-driven Data Scientist with strong experience in Time Series Forecasting and a mindset for continuous learning and growth in areas like Agentic AI and LLMs.
Youll be joining a team working on data-intensive solutions for demanding enterprise environments your ability to interpret academic research and apply it to real-world use cases will be key to your success.
Must-have Skills 5 years software engineering in production environments (TypeScript/Node Go or Python) with strong API design testing and debugging habits.
Hands-on LLM experience (GPT Claude Gemini or fine-tuned OSS models).
prompt engineering function/tool calling model selection and evaluation.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
designing embedding pipelines and semantic search with Pinecone Weaviate etc.
Agent orchestration expertise.
LangChain/LangGraph OpenAI Agents SDK CrewAI or equivalent frameworks for tool-augmented reasoning loops.
ML-/DevOps literacy.
containerisation CI/CD GPU/AI infra caching automated evals for nondeterministic systems.
Experience enforcing security guardrails & PII protection in user-facing AI products.
Communicate clearly with both C-level clients and end-users.
Obsess over outcomesas excited by rising resolution rates as by elegant code.
Hold a high bar for quality testing and iterative refinement under fast timelines.
Thrive in a collaborative high-trust blameless environment.
Nice-to-Have Real-time/voice agent delivery (e.

Familiarity with emerging multi-agent protocols (MCP A2A) or supervisor/critique agent patterns.
