Job Description Total Experience - 2-4 Yrs Work Mode -Onsite  Shift - PM Skills –     Inventory Management & Reporting Advanced Excel skills  IT Asset Tagging & Vendor Coordination  IT Asset Allocation/De-allocation   IT Asset Movement  Service Request & Incident Handling    Material Inward/Outward Management   Physical Verification & Store Management  Floor Walk   IT Asset Reconciliation  Lifecycle Management Secondary Skills –   Reporting & Documentation  Analytical Thinking Compliance knowledge Roles & responsibilities  Inventory Management & Reporting.
Maintain accurate records of all IT assets and generate regular reports.
IT Asset Tagging & Vendor Coordination.
Ensure all assets are tagged and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of spares.
IT Asset Allocation/De-allocation.
Manage the assignment and return of IT assets to/from employees.
IT Asset Movement.
Monitor and authorize the movement of IT assets across locations.
Process Documentation.
Update and maintain process documents and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Service Request & Incident Handling.
Address and resolve IT asset-related service requests and incidents.
Compliance & Process Adherence.
Ensure adherence to IT asset management policies and procedures  Material Inward/Outward Management.
Oversee the physical movement of IT assets in and out of storage.
Physical Verification & Store Management.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of asset storage areas.
Floor Walks.
Identify unused or damaged assets through routine checks.
IT Asset Reconciliation.
Perform periodic reconciliation of physical and recorded assets  Lifecycle Management.
