Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Technical Product Owner (Senior Manager) – Account to Report  for SAP Central Finance / S/4Hana  who will work at the intersection of business & technology to define strategies that combine a deep understanding of business objectives, challenges, with technology solutions and extending them into development execution, value realization & ongoing product management.
In this role, you will own setting the strategic direction for finance technology products focused on architecting SAP Central Finance / S/4 HANA as the function embarks on an ambitious transformational agenda.
This role will be in New Brunswick, NJ or Beerse- Antwerp, Belgium, and is eligible for participation in J&J’s Hybrid Flex Work program; a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
This is a duration-based role with a target end date of December .
Vision & Strategy Definition.
shaping a ‘future proof’ finance business vision, strategy & capability roadmaps, and corresponding technology strategy & product roadmaps with significant decision-making latitude Business Problem Definition.

acting as the primary trusted advisor to senior finance & technology leaders across all lifecycles of product development starting with inception through to value realization & ongoing continuous improvement, and communication of progress against strategic objectives Product Management.
partnering with product management teams to ensure roadmaps are oriented to deliver finance business & technology strategy, value creation objectives, and measurable key performance indicators External Partnerships.
managing vendor relationships to influence development roadmaps & ensure that our needs will be met by our technology partners Team Leadership.

In addition to these core skills, we would expect you to have the following technical expertise.
S/4 HANA SAP Central Finance SAP FICO Data strategy, governance, technology, and process definition Close optimization & continuous accounting Reporting to the IT Director, SigniFi Platform Technology Leader, you would partner closely with Business Process Owners, Global Process Owners, senior finance personnel, and financial systems leads to maximize the transformational potential of technology investments.
Qualifications ·        7+ years preferred of relevant experience in managing technical and / or finance teams; strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; effective manager of people and strong team-building skills.
·        BA/BS degree is required.  Master’s Degree with focus on Computer Science or Computer Engineering; MBA is preferred.
·        Technical expertise in S/4 HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP FICO are required.
Expertise in Data strategy, governance, technology, and process definition are preferred.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs.  Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.  The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year.  Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
