What you’ll do Extensive experience in designing/architecting enterprise solutions.
Drive design, development and delivery for the team.
•    Excellent analytical skills, able to understand complex software systems and give cost efficient •     technical designs/solutions to business.
•    Must have excellent working knowledge of Pega (preferably- LSA or Sr.
SSA) •    Must have solid foundation of developer level general IT Knowledge (Oracle DBs/SQL, Unix, integration protocols, J2EE) •    Technically proficient in project planning, estimation, dependencies, risk-mitigation, gap analysis and consulting.
•    Should be able to handle stakeholders •    Drive changes and process improvements for technology - with initiatives to promote reusability, best practices that needs to be followed across enterprise, etc.
•    Helping the team in their technical enablement and growth Who you are Be able to analyse and understand as well as create technical designs based on Pega PRPC  ensuring a high standard of software delivery following SOA and integration architectural practices •    Collaborate with offshore and onshore designers and developers to prepare effective designs and deliver required functional and non-functional benefits and follow industry best practice.
